First off, thanks to MotherJustice for giving me the idea to make chocolate pudding from avocados, spinach, cashews and coconut milk. I added Mexican, Vegan Cinnamon chocolate instead of cocoa. My pudding came out green with chocolate flecks instead of brown like chocolate. So, perhaps I need the cocoa for coloring too. But it is delicious and I’m making fried plaintains to scoop it out of the container since all of my spoons are in the dishwasher.
