- Extra firm tofu
- Whole Food’s Habanero/green chile seasoning
- Ground red pepper
- Garlic powder
- A little olive oil or grape seed oil.
Slice tofu into 4 portions. Use only 1 portion per person. Cut tofu into cubes.
Season flour. Place tofu into flour, and gently coat.
Use just enough oil to coat bottom of pan.
Fry until flour takes on a light color, or to your liking.
