½ acorn squash, baked with Tony’s, coconut oil, garlic powder
1 cup cooked brown rice
¼ chopped onions
A teaspoon of coconut oil
Sprinkle of sesame oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 handful of fresh, chopped green beans
Slice avocado in half. Spoon avocado from shell and remove seed. Place avocado into a favorite bowl with feta on top.
Remove skin from squash, slice into chunks and mix with cooked brown rice in nonstick skillet on low. Add chopped onions, a little sesame oil, chopped garlic clove, fresh chopped green beans. Sprinkle Tony’s, black pepper, coconut oil, garlic powder, curry and if too bland add sprinkle of Tajin seasoning.
Cold water for a beverage.
